Access By Skip is extremely knowledgeable and found out that the Bruno lift we were able to acquire for our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van was the wrong one. He called Bruno and they shared that the lift we were able to acquire was actually made in 2000 and will not work with vans that have stow and go seating. He is looking for us to see if they have a good used lift that we might be able to utilize. The professionalism that was demonstrated gave us total peace. Excellent customer service.
